Raspberry Bars

  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornflakes; crushed
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine; soft
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons raspberry jam

Mix together flour, cornflakes, butter and sugar in a bowl until crumbly. Reserve 2 tablespoons of mixture. Press remaining mixture firmly into Easy-Bake Oven pan. Spread with jam. Sprinkle reserved mixture over jam. Press gently with fingers.

Bake in Easy-Bake Oven for 18 minutes.

Cool then cut into bars.
