Strawberry Danish

  • 1/4 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/2 tablespoon margarine
  • 3/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 4 teaspoons milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon strawberry jam

Frosting

  • 1 teaspoon water
  • Vanilla
  • powdered sugar

Mix together baking mix, margarine and sugar until crumbly.

Stir in milk until dough forms then beat for 15 strokes.

Drop by 1/2 teaspoonful onto lightly greased Easy-Bake Oven baking pan.

Press middle with thumb to indent. Fill indent with jam.

Bake in Easy-Bake Oven until golden brown.

While danish is baking, mix together water and a little vanilla. Add powdered sugar, mixing until smooth and to desired consistency.

Drizzle frosting over top when done.
