Banana Cream Cake

  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 4 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • dash Salt
  • 6 teaspoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons Shortening
  • frosting of choice
  • 3 tablespoons banana cream pudding mix

Grease and flour Easy-Bake pan.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add vanilla extract, milk and shortening. Stir until butter is smooth, add banana cream pudding mix.

Pour the batter into pan. Bake in Easy-Bake Oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until side of cake separates from pan.

Remove cake and cool.

Makes 2 Layers
