Mix together flour, jelly powder, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, water and oil. Stir until smooth and pink.
Pour batter onto greased and floured Easy-Bake Oven cake pan.
Bake 13 – 15 minutes or until sides of cake separate from pan.
Remove and cool.
