Cream Cheese Snowcaps
Cream Cheese Snowcaps
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Combine flour and baking powder.

Beat together butter and cream cheese until softened. Add sugar and beat until fluffy.

Add flour mixture and beat until well mixed.

Cover and chill for 2 hours or until easy to handle.

Shape into 1″ balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in Easy-Bake Oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until done. Remove and cool slightly.

Pour powdered sugar into plastic bag. Add a few cookies at a time and shake to cover. Cool cookies thoroughly and repeat shaking cookies in sugar.
