Place cookie dough on a sheet of wax paper dusted with flour. Sprinkle flour on top of the cookie dough and top with another sheet of wax paper. Roll out the cookie dough to about 1/2 inch thickness.
Using a round cookie cutter or a large mug, cut out circle shapes about 3-4 inches across, and place on a baking sheet. Using a smaller cookie cutter, cut and remove different shapes from the center of each cookie.
Place one color of hard candy in a plastic bag, and crush with the rolling pin. Sprinkle the crushed candy into the center cutout of each cookie.
Bake according to Easy-Bake Oven directions.
