- 1 teaspoon butter or margarine
- 2 tortillas; flour or corn
- cheese; grated, cheddar or Jack
Melt the butter in your Easy-Bake Oven warming cup, then brush one side of a tortilla with half the melted butter. Turn tortilla over. Top with grated cheese, and place other tortilla on top. Brush remaining melted butter on top of tortilla.
Cut into quarters and place in baking pan. Bake in Easy-Bake Oven one quarter at a time until cheese is melted and top is brown. Repeat with other quarters and serve.
Spice up your quesadillas with olives, salsa, or other chopped veggies. Sprinkle over cheese before baking, or add to the finished quesadilla.
