Blueberry Pie

  • 1/3 cup pie crust mix
  • 4 teaspoons water
  • 6 teaspoons pie filling; blueberry

Combine pie crust mix and water with fork to form a ball. Divide and form into two smaller balls.

On floured board, roll out one ball slightly larger than pan. Fit into greased pan.

Fill with pie filling. Roll out second ball of dough. Cut into 6 strips 1/4″ wide. Place strips on pie filling to create lattice top.

Bake in Easy-Bake Oven 25 to 30 minutes.
