- 2 tablespoons peanut butter; smooth
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon pineapple juice
- carrots; sliced for dipping
- broccoli; sliced for dipping
- apples; sliced for dipping
Combine peanut butter, soy sauce and pineapple juice in small dish. Stir until smooth. Add more juice if too thick.
Warm in Easy-Bake Oven until peanut butter is softened, about 9 minutes.
Cool.
Use as dip.
