Fruit Tart

  • 7 teaspoons Shortening
  • 7 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/8 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoons Vanilla


  • strawberries; sliced
  • blueberries
  • whipped cream
  • individual size container vanilla pudding

Cream together the butter, sugar and salt. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Mix until a ball of dough forms.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of flour on the countertop. Roll tart dough out, use a knife to cut into 1″ circles.

Place tart on greased Easy-Bake Oven pan.

Bake for 5 minutes in Easy-Bake Oven. Wait for tart to cool then remove from oven.

Spread vanilla pudding on top of tar and decorate with berries.
