- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon crushed cornflakes
- 1 tablespoon soft butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoons apple jelly
In a bowl, mix flour, cereal, butter and sugar until crumbly.
Reserve 2 tablespoons of the crumbly mixture. Press remaining mixture firmly into pan. Spread with jelly. Sprinkle reserved crumbly mixture over jelly; press gently with fingers.
Bake in Easy-Bake Oven for 18 minutes. Cool. Cut into wedges.
