Cherry Cheesecake

  • 1 sugar cookie dough

Cream Cheese Filling:

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cherry pie filling

Press cookie dough evenly into Easy-Bake Oven pan.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.

Cool in pan on wire rack.

Cream Cheese Filling:

In large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese with confectioners’ sugar.

Spread mixture on cooled cookie dough. Cover with cherry pie filling.
