Chocolate Mint Brownies

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Butter; softened
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

Grease Easy-Bake Oven baking dish.

Cream together sugar and 1 tablespoon sugar until smooth. Stir in chocolate syrup and flour until blended.

Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.

Bake in Easy-Bake Oven for 15 minutes. Cool completely in pan.

Beat confectioners sugar, 1/2 cup butter and peppermintn extract until smooth.

Spread evenly over cooled brownies, then chill until set.
