Cinnamon Crisps
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 teaspoons Shortening
  • 1 tablespoon ice water
  • cinnamon & sugar
  • jam; optional

Combine flour and salt. Cut in shortening with a fork until the mixture resembles peas.

Sprinkle with water and stir gently until dough forms a ball.

Roll dough out on lightly floured surface until about 1/8″ thick. Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar. Cut into desired shapes.

Place on ungreased Easy-Bake Oven pan.

Bake in Easy-Bake Oven until lightly browned.

Spread jam on top.
