• 4 ounces cooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 cube ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • spaghetti sauce

Pour sauce over bottom of an Easy-Bake Oven pan and put aside.

Mix cheeses and egg in bowl.

Lay a lasagna noodle on flat surface. With a spatula, spread some of cheese mixture on one side of noodle. Leave room at ends and sides so cheese won’t ooze out when you roll it up.

Roll noodle and place (edge down) in Easy-Bake Oven pan, pour spagetti sauce on top.

Bake in Easy-Bake Oven for about 15 minutes.

Repeat with remaining noodles.
